My husband and I, along with his brother and wife stayed here recently and we thrilled with the place. The rooms were clean, spacious and quite nicely decorated. We found the location to be perfect since, none of us wanted to be on the boardwalk and around all that noise. We watched many spectacular bay sunsets from the little patio off the pool in the loungers. The four of us decided that when we come back to OC we will stay there again. They staff was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful, as well as accomodating. The quick jaunt to the beach was perfect. Thank you all so much for providing us with such an incredible stay!!

Used my rewards points to stay at the Comfort Inn Goldcoast. Nice hotel. Excellent views of the bay. Pool looked a little cloudy, however we didn\'t use it. This is a great hotel at the beach. Definitely served its purpose for us (family of three) which is a clean nice place to sleep and shower at. We came to the beach for the beach and had an excellent time. Would come back to this hotel again.

At first when I saw how far way it was from the night life I was a little thorwn off but when I entered everything was fixed. Nice front desk service. Loved the room, I never take off my shoes in hotels or shower with without sandels but this one seemed so new I did. New furniture and nice flat screen with HBO is a very nice touch. The second day at 3:45pm we were coming from the beach we came back to no light in the hotel for like 1 hr but the whole entire strip was off as well so we didn\'t mind. Never got to try the pool but im sure it is as nice. Great hotel

Great hotel! I was in Ocean City with my family and really enjoyed staying at the Comfort inn. We stayed here four years ago and was really surprised with the renovations. The hotel was really clean and well managed.

We were there for a 3 day cheer competition. The place was completely packed. We didn\'t get in until after 10pm and there was quite a line at the front desk. The staff was efficient and got the line down to nothing in no time flat. When we got to the clerk it was such a pleasant surprise to find such happy people helping us. We had asked in our online reservation for adjoining rooms and we were concerned that it wasn\'t going to happen because the place was so booked, but they were ready for us and had the adjoining room just like we requested.

I had to go to the front desk a few times, not for major issues, just simple questions, and they were more than happy to help. It is sad that I found the pleasantness of the staff so alarming, but it is such a rare thing to find anymore and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathrom was small, but the shower was strong (in other words the water didn\'t drip out of the shower head).

If I had any complaint it would be the pool. It was not very clean, and the clorine smell was so strong it burned my eyes and my throat just sitting poolside watching my kids.

I will definately go back!!!!!!!!

Hotel was clean, comfortable & up to standards, far above \"chain rating\". Only downside was no free breakfast, but Denny\'s was attached (& with what I saved, paying for breakfast was not an issue. We had a convention in a neighboring hotel that was almost twice as much per night (those who stayed at that hotel met us at Denny\'s for breakfast so it worked out great). Did not use pool, but wi-fi worked as it should have.

We chose to stay bayside for the first time ever because it was a lot cheaper. This hotel was running a great special so we couldn't pass it up. The room was very nice. We had four girls staying and we had enough room for all of our stuff. The location is ok as long as you don't mind walking across the street to get to the beach and driving or taking the bus to get down to the boardwalk. It's got a 24-hr Denny's inside, a small fitness center and an indoor pool.

I was skeptical when booking this hotel because of the reviews, but once checked in my fears were gone. the staff was overly friendly when checking in. I stayed in the king suite which was very nicely sized and decent for the rate, and my floor was very quiet. The room was very clean equipped w/ a fridge & microwave (so convenient). The only complaint i have is, no continental breakfast but Denny's is connected to the hotel & is 24hrs. There is also a mini-mall thru the parking lot with restaurants & a movie theatre.

Conveniently located. It was a quick getaway. Accessible to everything.
